Case study

The challenge

A regional grocery chain needed to launch on both platforms before the festive season, with a budget that did not stretch to two native teams.

What we did

One Flutter codebase with a shared design system, Razorpay UPI integration, live rider tracking over websockets, and a Laravel back office for catalogue, inventory and slot management.

The outcome

  • Both stores live in 11 weeks
  • Repeat order rate of 44% within four months
  • Average checkout completed in 38 seconds
